Problems we solve

What our clients come to us for.

A house that no longer fits

Layouts re-thought to match how the family actually lives — kitchens, primary suites, additions, the works.

Decades of accumulated change

Old additions, mismatched finishes, and code-era electrical brought into one coherent scope.

Living through construction

Phased plans that keep the home usable while major rooms get renovated.

Coordinating many trades

One PM owning every sequence so framers, plumbers, electricians, and finishers do not collide.

Questions we hear

Frequently asked.

How long does a whole-home remodel usually take?
Depending on scope, six to fourteen months of construction. We schedule against your priorities (e.g., kitchen first if the family has to stay).
Can we stay in the house?
Often yes, in phases. Sometimes a short rental is the better answer. We help you decide during preconstruction.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes. We are happy to start from your design package, or coordinate one for you.
Is there a minimum project size?
We accept a small slate of whole-home projects each year — please reach out to confirm fit.
